Eating vegan for the environment

Replacing animal products with the huge diversity of
vegan food out there could be the biggest thing an
individual can do to slow global warming and improve the
environment.
There has been a huge growth in information on this, and we will link to the most pertinent and well respected sources here, for anyone to refer to, inluding students, teachers, activists, environmentalists and aspiring vegans and veggies.
