The Red Lion has devised its Christmas menu and is taking bookings for the holiday season. Take a look. Booking is essential, and tell them if you are vegan to be sure of a good dessert selection too.

We've got a health food shop listed in Lowestoft now thanks to Suzy. It's great to be told about places that are good for veggies and vegans, so please keep them coming!

New local listings thanks to Eloise
Eloise, a user of this site, has made some great new additions to the Veggie Suffolk eating and shopping listings, particularly in Diss and Ipswich. She simply submitted her suggestions with our easy to use form and we checked them and published them. Anyone can do the same and help all the veggies in the area and visitors too.

Calling all runners who happen to be vegan
The wonderful Vegan Runners group which is active all over the UK is keen to have members of all abilities. The club has two main aims:
- to promote running amongst vegans; and
- to promote veganism amongst athletes
They are happy to list your runs too.
